Wheelchair X-Games.

The blog is obviously in desperate need of an update, but it’s still going to be a couple days yet.

I saw that yesterday and laughed. I probably laughed more than I should have, but something about that (actual) sign made me (and the people I was with) giggle like a school girl for a couple minutes.

    What on earth? Is that the international symbol for a wheelchair ramp? It wouldn't surprise me if they had to remind fully able-bodied people that they are supposed to take the stairs instead of clogging ramps.
  • When I worked retail, I used to have to make people move their cars from blocking the ramp in front of the store.

    They would get mad when I would announce their make, model and license plate of their vehicle over the intercom, telling them to move their car because it was inconsiderately parked. Jackasses.
